Peter Watson was born in Dublin and raised on the mean streets of Clontarf. Weary of narrow mindedness he left Ireland to pursue an ‘alternative lifestyle’ in Asia. Infamous for his antics up back alleys in Taiwan, Peter quickly gained a reputation as a man-about-town, exhibitionist and karaoke crooner.

However, after just six months in Taiwan, the company Peter worked for was forced to close. Questions were asked, and so the self proclaimed “party animal” sold his scooter and made for Shenzhen.

Dismayed by the lack of opportunities for lads to wear shorts and work up a sweat, Peter quickly founded the Shenzhen Celts football club. Although he considers himself more of a “pretty boy” than player, Peter’s dedication is unquestionable and you can be sure you’ll find him around the Celts’ changing rooms even when he’s not playing!

Peter currently resides in Da Mai Sha, as he puts it: “away from prying eyes”, but still makes the two and half hour drive each day to Starbucks in Shenzhen to meet “the ladies”.
