Hailing from the aptly named Coachford, Co. Cork, Joseph Perrott is the esteemed bainisteoir of The Celts.? An acclaimed hurler in his day, the only hurling Joe has been doing lately is of the vomiting variety. In fact, we have a fine team of ‘hurlers’ due to Joe’s love of sprinting and twisted sense of humour on the training pitch.

Away from the pitch, Joe likes nothing better than enjoying a few bevies down the local. His crowning achievement to date is to have sat drinking in the same bar for 12 hours straight, stopping only to use the lav.? Duly applauded by many onlookers (the drinking that is, not using the toilet!) Joe’s task of teaching the art of Gaelic football to our multi-national team is a one not many are capable of. However, through a combination of a love of the game and blunt ignorance, Joe continues to inspire The Celts to greater heights. Fair play, like.
