Louise, or Fr. Jack as she prefers to be known these days, joined the Celts in January this year – a welcome addition to the ladies team, who now have 2 players. Her experience playing camogie, drinking like a wino & puckin’ the head off people, has cemented her place as the Nobby Stiles of the Ladies team. Louise’s energy is second to none – football not being enough, she has also started the Shenzhen Ladies Driving Range Society and the Shenzhen Ladies Pished Handball Society.  

A regular on the party scene, Lou can often be found in 3D bar. Sometimes even when there are other people there. In her short time here, she has already disgraced every Irish male by drinking them into unconsciousness, and finished with the Shenzhen males, she has recently moved the game on to Hong Kong where she reckons she’ll have them whupped by Thursday. Lou likes to relax after a night out on the beer by going home and topping off a few bottles of wine & rarely sleeps between sessions as she reckons that’s “a total waste of time like, when you’re mad for more drink..”

Unquestionably the bubbliest expat in Shenzhen, Lou’s sense of humor endears her to all. That is, when you can understand what she’s on about – which is rarely. When engaged in conversation with Lou, most people respond with a smile, a nod and a “That’s right Louise, you’re a good girl, what are you ?”

Lou’s other hobbies include falling over, teasing fella’s in Power & successfully fending off the Blade O’Boyle’s advances.
